though I'm on a 450 calorie per day fast after completing 15 days of the Master Cleanse.

Where are you from? My husband is from the UK -- and I'm second generation (raised here in the US). When you referred to Stone instead of pound I figured you must be from Europe somewhere (I hope I'm not being presumptious).

Anyway, I have 27 pounds to reach my first goal, and would be happy to share this experience with you!
