This is unfortunately a very typical story that we hear from parents at the clinic - where the doctors refuse to admit any possible connection between a vaccine as a cause for any serious health damage.

It is built on a circular belief that vaccines are safe and effective, so any evidence to the contrary must by definition be due to something other than the vaccine. It is frustratingly impossible to have a rational (not emotional) conversation with someone locked into this belief, and if you're lucky, you don't get personally attacked in the process.

It is true, you must become your own "authority", do your own research, and follow your gut as well as your head.
