Hep B Vaccine? Terrible sore throat, swollen glands, fever, the chills?

Hello, My name is Nicole. I just got a job at a hospital, and I got my first Hep B shot yesterday. I woke up this morning with a terrible sore throat, swollen glands, fever, the chills, and complete exhaustion! I can't stay awake at all... I just feel horrible. Is this from the vaccine, or am I just sick?
