I'm sorry to hear about your story. I do hope that things are better by now (it says that your post is 5 months old). The only thing I can think of is to recommend the Maker's Diet book and Patient Heal Thyself from Dr Reuben. He developed Chrons disease from vaccinces and may have some advice for you.
