I am a 32 year old male,I am 6'1 and weigh 194. I am taking no medications and blood pressure is normal. I need a second opinion on the cause of various symptoms that I have been having for over two years. The symptoms consist of the following: palpitations, dizziness (lightheaded), neck tightness, and chest pressure/weight. The strange thing is that the above symptoms would never occur at the same time, I would have one of the symptoms at a time (palpitations or light headed or neck tightness or chest discomfort). I have had these pains/discomforts for over two years now; I can recall that all these symptoms occurred several months after my first injection of the Hepatitis B Vaccine. My first dose of the Hepatitis B Vaccine was in September 2001. I started feeling light headed (dizzy) and disoriented during the months of January 2002 to March 2002. My last dose of the Hepatitis B Vaccine was in March 2002. After this I still felt light headed (dizzy) and disoriented on a regular basis and I would occasionally have palpitations (Heart Rate over 120). In the past year and half I have had roughly an 6-10 episodes where my Heart Rate went over 120. These episodes would occur even at rest. They would last between 30 minutes to 1 hour. During the period of January 2002 to September 2002 my main symptoms were dizziness (lightheaded) and occasional palpitations, my resting heart rate during this time was between 80-90 bpm. The symptoms of neck tightness began in the summer of 2002 until now. I can recall having pain/tightness in the neck area, mostly on the right side during this period, and also the chest pains/discomforts began around January 2003 till now. The chest pains/discomforts feel like a weight (tightness). I would have this pressure feeling on my chest throughout the day. I have seen my Family Doctor and also various cardiologists (roughly 6 cardiologist), and several ER Doctors ( concerning these issues and they have made me do various tests such as ECG, Stress tests, and blood tests (thyroid test was normal) and all the results are normal.

Currently I have been having constant chest discomforts on the upper left side of my chest (For about a week and half now). The pain is constant and it feels like a weight/pressure. Occasionally the pressure is more severe and weight/pressure lasts most of the day. Sometimes I get a quick jab of pain on this side of the chest. I have had no palpitations over 120 since December 8. 2003. My Heart rate during this period has been averaging between 70-75 bpm. I still get occasional episodes of light headed (dizzy) but these don't last very long. I have not had any symptom of next tightness since January 12, 2004. . In your opinion what would cause the above symptoms to last for such a long period of time, I would like your help in determining if my cardiovascular system is the cause of these symptoms.
