I put 3 capsules, of NOW brand, in my jar (dissolve in a little hot water first). I could see a difference right away, especially under my eyes, which were puffy. I make natural face cream (the ingredients change all the time, but I start with Burt's Bees), so I just dab a tiny bit under the eyes. From the research I read, after 6 months to a year, the skin has been proven to have more elasticity. To me, it makes more sense than using something which could cause a rash. I looked into the Strivectin (some sort of peptides) or similar, but it cautions could cause extreme rash - uh, no thanks.
