I haven't removed my mercury yet....(I'm still looking for a good metal-free dentist in Tx or Okla.) but I plan on using this product (Algin) after the removal (see the link below). My daughter is presently taking Algin and it has improved her health dramactically. Also she's thinking about taking their Heavy Metal Detox from the same site.

I've been reading a lot about the roller-coaster that people have after removal, you may be experiencing this. They say that even when they feel bad now, they still feel better then when they had the amalgams.

Congrats on having your Amalgams removed and just keep the faith, it's supposed to get better.
