some herbs that help

Linden (or lime flowers)
make good strong steeped tea from these,
and use throughout day , with a clean cotton ball work
under eyes and on inner nose
any other discolorations also (liver spots etc)
...........................................

parsley water/ i like parsley water, with 1/2 lemon and
a few drops fennel seed oil and a couple drops almond oil

i make this up about once a week and keep in fridge,
then apply with cotton ball carefully on hands and face..
i use it after washing my face as a toner and being careful
not to get the juice dripping in my eyes.
i rub this into corners of eyes etc/ just not dipping off cotton ball 8) if you use this as a cold rinse on face after washing ,
it makes a super pore tightener.
fennel seed is also great for reducing wrinkles

........................................

deseed a cucumber and and blend with juice of 1/2 lemon.
apply this as a face mask/ but work it under eyes carefully
so juice doesn't get in eyes
this is a fantastic lightener and toner mask.
leave on 15-20 minutes then wash off face..
do this maybe once every 5 days...
might just use like 1/2 a cucumber.. then use rest in a salad or so
.............................................................

this is a strong smeller here but if have dark spots on hands,

grate raw horseradish and pound it after to get it pulpy/ add a little bit of lemon juice, and rub on blotches on skin or hands.
dark birthmarks etc...DO NOT EVER PUT THIS ON FACE!!!
............................................................

dark circles under eyes can also indicate that you may have congested kidneys:
consider doing a kidney stone dissolve flush
and also get good rest and drink lots of water.
get better sun without sunblock, and hold face up to sunlight
10 min at least per day if able.

recheck your diet.. you can start /allieviate symptoms
yes ,...but try to find out the root cause?

do you smoke or live /work around alot of smoke?
when you sleep is it uninterrupted sleep?
do you get good circulation going?
do you eat toxic foods?
soy /canola oils/ fish / red meats/ dairy / sugars and highly processed foods?/caffienes etc...
these are areas only you know and can address and make changes in
rather easily.
are you under alot of stress?
over worked? etc..

hope this helps you *8)

or essential oils etc.

i got a lb of fullers earth for about 4-5 $ from

www.wildroots.com

this is an excellent skin lightening mask clay.
just add a little bit to water, then
rinse face with warm water to open pores,
use fingers to smooth a thin paste on face and hands..
wash off after with warm water and then cold to close pores,

then apply a light coating of almond oil or such..
jojoba oil ,etc to face to seal moisture in.
(a couple drops of fennel seed oil/ and rosemary oil
added to this will help against wrinkles etc.)
