A good shampoo for Dry, Fine, Hair??

Hi All,

I was hoping someone could recommend a good hair cleanser for dry, fine hair. I have used Drew's Natural Shampoo as well as a specialty line for fine hair called Nioxin. Everything just dries my hair out even more. I can't even touch conditioner. Is there something out there (perhaps tea tree oil) that I could mix up naturally that would help w/ this problem? Nothing to expensive I hope. I also have a dry, flaky scalp which only began after drinking distilled water which I have ceased using.
Also, has anyone had success with KDF filters for their showers? My skin becomes very dry and flaky on my face after each shower.
