Re: Puffy eyes

Puffs under the eyes means water imbalance and impaired kidneys. the poor kidneys are stressed and having a hard time working due to not enough water or electrolytes to maintain PH balance, or because you ate something or took drugs that stressed the liver so much that it dumped more on the kidneys than the kidneys liked. Does this mostly happen when you get up in the morning, or all day? If it only happens in the morning mostly, it's nothing to be concerned about - the kidneys and liver do their best detoxing at about 4am.

Be sure to drink a huge glass of warm water every morning before breakfast. This helps the kidneys to get rid of all the stored toxins, which really accumulate during the night. Also good to drink an Master-Cleanse lemonade drink before bed as a PH balancer, add apple cider vinegar to give the kidneys lots of minerals and stuff to work with. :)
