Many years ago I ran across a book on foot reflexology at a yard sale. I read the book and it sounded interesting and I wondered if it actually worked. Then one day a week or so later, my wife had a headache. I asked her to let me check out the reflexology remedy before she took an aspirin. Anyway, I got the book and found a few points listed on the big toe. I applied light pressure and within seconds she said she could actually feel blood circulating better in the neck and base of the skull area. Within a couple of minutes the headache was gone. Now she thinks she cannot sleep well without a foot workover each night. That stuff works.
