I read that one should not drink more than 5-8 ounces a day. I have begun drinking about 2 ounces of aloe juice daily. What do you want to take it for? There are lots of uses that look very promising. I grow aloe plants but they get used up so fast I purchased some from the health food store in a gallon jug to keep me going until I get enough growing to keep up with my personal use. Check out the link below. I am trying to research more information about the health advantages of using aloe vera for treating all kinds of things.
