Maybe we could learn more from them in certain instances.

I remember boating on the Amazon a few years ago. It was a
beautiful sunny placid day. At some stage we began to be aware
of all the animals in the forest screaming.
After quite a while my buddy says to me that maybe we should
get nearer to the bank just in case.
So we took the boat closer to the bank about ten yards out,
and then we saw it.
Coming over the treetops were the blackest most ominous clouds
I've ever seen, laced with sheet and fork lightning. It
was literally rolling thunder and lashing rain. The river
started to swell and then thrash wildly. We were thrown out of
the boat and just about made it to shore - we lost the boat.
I can tell you that was the most apocalyptic vision I've ever
seen.
Without doubt if we hadn't steered inshore when we did, then I
wouldn't have been posting this.
The animals obviously sensed it. Tweet
