I'm finally ready to jump on the 'healthy bandwagon', hold on...and try not to fall off - again. My only question is, where do I begin with all of this? You've got Master Cleanse, Fasting, Flushing, Enemas, and a ton of other things I'd eventually like to try...but in what order? Obviously you need to begin with diet and exercise, which I have...but what about after that?
To sum it up:
out of all of these things, which do I need to BEGIN with?
Looking forward to getting healthy and seeing others progress...
