Re: built tough??

We are all built tought but due to different paths some may fall off the wagon- Those that are still tough like the day they were conceived have better things to do than dwell on the workings of their body and certainly won't make a big fuss about what can possibly be wrong with it and/or make a big deal out of what is everyone else doing to be healthy.

In other words, their entertainment doesn't come from freaking out about things like what they should or shouldnt eat.

In yet other words they let their bodies take charge (the way it should be), and do not allow the "bored evolved conscious" to suffocate the brilliant workings of the autonomous system.

As long as these individuals do not experience any traumatic events (psy and phisiological) they are able to bounce back and are always tangential to vicious loops, they do not allow themselves to enter them (nature's way).

By one way or the other, some strong built individuals end up entering this self feeding chronic cycle that can be hard to get out of.

To the strong individuals who peak into the weaks vicious cycles it appears that they are running around in circles chasing they tails. To the weak individuals who are in the vicious cycle appears that they are running straight until they somehow get back to square one.

Curezone is made mostly of "us" who can't seem to brush of an ailment so the good thing about curezone is that you can find individuals that can share your pains as they may be in similar situation.
At the same time though, the bad thing about curezone is that you can find individuals that can share your pains as they may be in similar situation.

It all depends on how we approach it. If curezone is approached as a site to dwell on our pains and find other people to join us on a pity party while jumping around protocols and stressing/confusing our bodies (preventing it from doing its "thang"), than this type of site can be harmful.

If curezone is approached as a trampoline to help us bounce back to health and get on with our lives than the site has done its job.

It's easy to get trapped into this web of information, so while providing numerous approaches (trampolines) to get back to health, curezone certainly doesn't want individuals to get caught up into a manic hop fest that goes nowhere.

It is great to see some tough people here at curezone that can watch the ones trapped in the loop disease, because they can share their different perspective (they watch the problem from outside) and provide valuable advice than may be tangential to the ones who temporarily lost their ways.
