generally speaking roots can be steeped overnight for a super strong tea. you can bring them to a boil briefly then turn heat off. then let the roots steep all night with a cover on it. in the morning add other herbs and simmer.
roots and barks can be steeped overnight and can be boiled.
leaves and flowers can never be boiled and may go bad if steeped overnight.
so for this tea the dandelion and burdock can be boiled and steeped overnight, the red clover should be added in the morning and allowed to steep at low heat for 15 minutes or so.
you can try differing the amounts. you can add maybe a teaspoon of each herb to 18 oz of water. if you steep overnight you can add less amount of the herb. if the tea seems too strong, drink less of it or dillute it.
