Re: 1 meal a day?

WOW! You have absouletly no idea how much of a weight this info has relieved me of. I have always never really been hungry during the day and felt best if I only ate a piece of fruit or something, and I've always felt very hungry and enjoyed eating at night. But I thought that this was a bad unnatural rhythm I was in that I had to get out. To actually hear that there are people who eat this way on purpose and that it is good for you is just amazing! I do follow a lot of what Andreas says, but I don't agree with everything(such as eating mostly cooked foods). I'm starting to think that for some people it is best to eat in the evening. While other do best eating in the afternoon. Maybe it has something to do with the different Ayurveda types....you learn something new everyday! I always felt like a big weight was put on me during the day unless I only ate fruit, so that's what I usually do. I've always felt so frustrated because I was never hungry when I should be eating and always hungry when I shouldn't!LOL! I'm going to try following this warrior diet strictly(I naturaly do it most of the time, though I've been trying not to)and see what happens. I can't wait! Thanks you guys! What kind of benefits have you noticed?

P.S I've always been a night owl too. Just can't fall asleep at 10. 12-1 has always worked best for me. And when I woke up at 6 everyday was when I got really sick. I need all the sleep I need every night or I'll feel sleep deprived, there's no catching up for me. It's funny too because I can be so fatigued all day and then all the sudden hit 7pm and I've got loads of energy, it's when I get most things done. Always have low energy in the morning. I think it's hereditary, my mom's like that, her aunt's like that, her grandma's like that. It just works best for us.
