How long does it take to correct digestion and elimination?

It takes 4-5 [uninterrupted] days for the villi in the intestines to re-knit, Yes?

If one consumes a magnesium-rich diet through that of green juice and consumes fermented foods [such as sauerkraut, beet, ect] for beneficial intestinal flora and fasts and/or blends desired foods [raw, no dairy/meat/dried fruits/sweeteners, ect.] can this speed the process along?

How long does it take to CORRECT bowel movements? [I took Calm, the magnesium supplement, to aid in elimination, but it was so abrasive that even though I was having numerous watery stools on a low dose, I'd have to preform an enema in the morning regardless to take down the swelling].

I'm leaving for Venezuela in about a month or so to study abroad - is that enough time from now 'til then to correct elimination, reduce pain and rid of Chronic Fatigue?
