If your not elimenating normally a
colonic would be a good thing to do. Also, do not eat any constipating foods, wheat, dairy, sugar, all processed foods, etc... Especially no dairy or grains. Eat lots of apples, and other fruits, and a good sized salad everyday. Avoid meat until your movements are normal. Drink at least 10 8oz glasses of water a day. Drink 2 of those glasses as soon as you wake up, preferably warm and with lemon. Lightly jumping up and down on a trampoline is also excellent for normalizing the bowel, walking is very good too. You want to get the lymphatic system moving when bloating is present. Some other things you could try are castor oil,
Epsom Salts , dry skin brushing, yoga twists to stimulate the organs, drinking
kidney cleanse teas, and eating foods high in potassium.
