Poison Ivy/Oak

I'm sure this has been addressed many times before, but does anyone know of a good remedy for poison ivy or poison oak? My 5 year old son has some blisters on his leg and all we can figure is that he got into some in our back yard a few days ago. We have been using tea tree oil and they are drying some, but is there something better? Thanks!
