I love this quote! As a U.S. history teacher, I can't believe I havent run across it before. What a wonderful insight into what our Founding Fathers supported in regards to our "freedom to practice medicine". Quite insightful, to say the least. Now, if only those pharmaceutical companies didn't get to them first...
