Updated with links at bottom..Re: burns.. that is i need help for burn treatment
If the skin is scraped I would suggest using hydrogen peroxide first and foremost. Then proceed with the chosen method to treat. Aloe vera, ACV are good for treating the contact burn, air and hydrogen peroxide every so often to prevent infection.
If you want to try something different, many people report great results treating burns with willards water, but you'd have to special order it and read up a little on it.
Once it is closed, MSM, cayenne, castor oil, and cocoa butter are all reportedly good to prevent or diminish scarring. (packs or poultices)
Ouch! Sounds like the burns we get when we slide on our thighs on a fall while rollerblading!

Here is the link to Willards water and some info:
“Doc Willard developed the water as a cleaner. But he learned it could treat burns when he burned his own arm on a hot plate, years ago, dowsed it with his water, the sting disappeared, the burn healed.”
