White Tiger!

Finally got my barberry! 4 herb shops, 2 states. Got it from Iherb. Nature's Apothecary extract, 1 oz., 30 ml. Unfortunately the back label is kind of scraped off. I think it says 2.5-3 ml. 3x per day. Does that sound about right? How many ml. does the dropper hold? It's a standard sized bottle. At that dosage I'm thinking I might need another bottle...also, empty stomach?

Also, I'm taking Gaia Herbs "Sweetish Bitters". O.K.? or not with the barberry?
