If you read the books you will learn how to use what ADAM is teaching. I will be attending a seminar this fall in Va. I have researched ADAM for 1 1/2 years and very impressed. Seems many folks have also done cleanses and made the appropriate changes necessary for the energy to be used effectively. Quantum physics is not something new. Another book to purchase along with Adam's books is a book called the Biology of Belief by Dr. Lipton, a doctor who now is on a two day seminar with ADAM as well as Dr. Mitchell. Adam also has a DVD of visualizations. Well worth the money, folks, especially when I see my physician and the copay is $30.00 for 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
