I don't know as far as the anti-parasitic properties of pumpkin seeds
are concerned. But the seeds contain a lot of so-called sterols (also
found in raw sesame seeds, the South African potato, and more), which
could modulate the immune system somewhat in a beneficial way (cf.
supplement capsules from Moducare and Garden of Life). Such sterols
are always destroyed by processing, including baking. I think this is
a separate question from what's discussed on this list, though.
