1-What should I eat the night before I have a 1.5 mile run which I have to run under 12 minuts? What should I eat the night before, and the morning of, and how long before the morning of?
2-On the treadmill I can run 1.5 miles just bearly over 12 minuts, and I thought I was in shape. Is the treadmill accurate? I run it on a 7.0 speed and 2.0 incline setting, yet i'm pushing myself pretty hard to make it. Does this sound accurate?
