She spent a great deal of her life studying specific facial
muscles and learned that *aging really was due to loose muscles,
resulting in sagging skin.
When you tone up the muscles they hold up the skin again quite well.
after about 10 years of studying muscles she created ways to
deal with exact problem areas using those exact muscles.
then she practiced her techniques on herself and friends,
and when it worked for eveyone in same way, she then wrote her book.

showed her techniques freely to the public.
A BIG yes about the brow exercise she gives..
I broke a part of my brow bone and had a dent in my forehead
as deep as half an egg indentation in size and shape.
nothing I did seemd to work .
now it just looks like a deep wrinkle... far beyond what it was,
and immediately after exercises you almost can't even see teh wrinkle..
and if I wear bangs you never see it at all.
