dead skin

use any oil of decent quality
(olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower, sesame, etc)
put a small bit in a small bowl (maybe a custard size bowl,
or even the lid of a jar ok .)
Add anything gritty.. like cornmeal, or Seasalt is good.

Make a thickish paste with this
(it will still be runny from the oil that is ok.
rub it in circular motions into skin
where the dead flakes are.
(do this in a chair on a linoleum floor.

after rubbing it over the area,
let it sit and oil will soak in very shortly.

after that is done,
just brush off the cornmeal, or salt residue,
with your hand or bat at it with a dry washcloth,
onto the floor and sweep up nice and easy.
(you will be surprised how little clean up
you will actually need).

Your leg will be icredibly soft,
and will stay that way for several days.

Enjoy.
Love,
Ami Joi Benton
