I was at my doctor, a Chiropractor and Naturopath, this morning and he mentioned Tourette's Syndrome. He said that some studies have found that a food allergy is responsible rather than a neurological problem. Perhaps you can do some investigating and discover if there is some common ground between the smelly BMs and the tics and other symptoms. An Elimination Diet will probably be needed where you take away certain suspect foods for a period of time to see if conditions improve.
