Wonderful success, in one day!

I'd like to say a word in praise of cucumber, and acid/alkali balance in the diet.

My information came from //www.curezone.org/blogs/mp.asp?f=573&i=85 and a typical list of acid/alkali ash producing foods.

My circadian clock is royally gibbled. I go to sleep in front of the computer often, and get to bed at 3, 4, or 5 a.m. or later.

I have a terrible external genital rash, likely from excessive urinary acidity.

After reading the above article, I was able to cut my smoking in half yesterday. And I used a slice of cucumber to relieve the genital rash, twice.

This is what I ate yesterday:

(Sesame oil swishing.)

Cucumber, a few slices at a time, two or three times.

Two eggs, scrambled with one half an onion, in coconut oil.

One and a half cups of mushy peas (dried split peas, stewed); with piece of butter, celtic grey salt, and a bit of powdered cumin.

Fresh pineapple, and a tsp. of Braggs apple cider vinegar.

One quarter of a store-bought pumpkin pie, and unsweetened whipped cream.

A very ripe banana with one half cup oatmeal mix cereal, and one half cup milk. Also one half tsp. of organic molasses.

I napped yesterday.

I slept in front of the computer until 6:30 a.m., then went to bed for three hours uninterupted sleep. (Usuually I'm up every one and a half hours!)

And, I FEEL WONDERFUL THIS MORNING!!!

Oh yes, I zapped both yesterday and the day before. (I'm supposedly pre-diabetic; and very sedentary, most days.)

I may go have a nap now. :)
