Re: Detox order & my favorite methods
Hi Reese, glad to see you here. I found that the order to cleanse in is usually recommended something like this: colon, parasites, kidney, liver. However, out of necessity I did colon, then liver. For me, the most effective cleanses were:
Oxypowder for colon cleansing. I tried every type of cleansing and this was the easiest and by far made the most difference to me. Many folks on curezone use it. You can search and see lots of posts and an article with the link below.
Liver -
Hulda Clark style, which you can find on this site. This made a huge, huge difference for me, though you need to be aware that there are some risks involved. Search this site and see the pros and cons.
Kidney/Bladder by
Dr. Schulze is great stuff. I'll give you a link at the bottom.
I didn't do very well with the
Hulda Clark Kidney cleanse, though
some folks like it.
Dr. Schulze 's stuff is easier and I've found it
to be excellent. There is a Dr.
Schulze Forum on this site.
I would like to mention that I was vegetarian for many years. I studied balanced cooking and at first I felt much better on it. Ultimately, it made me very, very sick and weak. I believe that there are different body types and not every person does well as a vegetarian. I personally feel better on a lower carb, lots of non starchy veggies, lean protein, good fat, low
Sugar diet.
Juicing is great but some folks need to be careful. I seldom see it talked about on these boards. I juice in small amounts and without sweet veggies or fruit, as too much juice or anything sweet is too concentrated with simple
Sugar for my body. Here's a better explanation:

Hope this helps.
