Hardness above navel

For quite awhile now, I have a hardness above my navel. It won't go away. There is no pain, but it is uncomfortable, and when it hits the edge of a table, it can be very tender. It feels swollen most of the time.

I do liver flushes, and colonics.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
