hpv

From what I understand lots of people have hpv (human papillomavirus) but it never actually turns into cancer. Plenty of people have it and never even know. I am a bit skeptical because it's just started getting a lot of press now that they've invented drugs to "manage" it. If I were you I would just take it as a warning that it's time to clean up your diet and lifestyle. You don't actually have cancer you just have a precancerous warning sign. Lucky you, lots of people don't get any warning! Time to get to work.

My advice - Read curezone, read read read! Then put together a protocol starting where you are and implementing the changes that resonate with you. For starters give your pantry an honest look and ask yourself if what you're eating is contributing to health or dis-ease. Then go about replacing it with foods that will nourish you and heal you. You might want to visit the Depression forum.

Take a deep breath and relax, it's not the end of the world :)
