Since thev moles are flat with the surface.
Apply lemon juice on the dark part only, so as not to lighten the skin around it, apply every day until desired lightness of color.
Do not cover.

Niter (saltpeter) dip the tip in water and and touch it to the dark spot, it will also lighten the color to match skin color.
