I haven't heard of the product you mentioned but I just wanted to say that I got rid of bad Acne a few years back by taking MSM (methyl-sulphonyl-methane). Nothing else worked including Antibiotics and dianette. You can get MSM at health food stores, pharmacies and walmart, take 2000mg to start off per day and increase or decrease as needed. My skin was clear within a few weeks. There's an MSM forum here you can look at. (I've told a number of people about this and I'm aware that I probably sound like an agent for MSM or something but I'm not - I just think that it's amazing that something so simple could have cured something I tried to get rid of for years)
