Thank you both so much for your very useful info. I had considered acupuncture but it's a bit pricey... been reading a lot about acupressure lately though, been thinking about doing a course in it. Thats interesting about yellow - I've never been crazy about yellow as a colour (big aversion to it actually I don't know why) - I'll plant some yellow flowers to enjoy during the summer then.
