Re: I am soooooo tired..
Have you had an exam? It's a good idea to rule things out, and rule things in. You may wish to use alternative treatments, but it's best to know what you are dealing with. Testing the thyroid, hormones, adrenals, general blood work - can be a good place to start. Maybe have the immune system checked. If nothing comes up, there are many ways to cleanse and to support the body. Everyone is different and everyone on these boards have their own favorite methods. I like
Oxypowder for colon cleansing, the
Hulda Clark style liver flushes, etc. Eating a lower carb diet based on the book protein power has really helped me. Some fatigue can be infection based. I was misdiagnosed for 20 years with chronic fatigue when I actually had lyme disease. It wasn't found until I took a newly released test (the old one was useless for me giving false negatives for years). For me I've had to find ways to clean my body, give it good nutrition (diet, juicing, supplements...), and to kill bugs and viruses. I suspect many folks with chronic fatigue really have various infections including lyme. I'll give you a link where there are various resources that may help you begin your own research.
