Re: liver cirrhosis help
I would suggest alpha lipoic acid. (I was told to get RALA 100% pure). I started taking this after my acupuncturist recommended it to me. I knew it was working so I did some research. There is a doctor that wrote a book about it. He uses it at his clinic. He has treated patients that had been told that they need a liver transplant. After a year of treatment the patients have gotten better and even gone back to work. I was so impressed with all of the information I found on the internet (good for ciabetes, alzheimers) that I made an appointment to see him. My appointment is next week. I have already been taking the RALA and I know it is detoxing my liver. My liver is very toxic so I only take half of the recommended dose. His book recommends that you take milk thistle and selenium with the RALA and when I called his office they also told me to take a B complex - which makes sense because in my research, the only side effect B found was that it depleted B vitamins.

My liver is very toxic and I know that diet is very critical. Following the candida diet would really help you. This means avoiding, sugar, flour, cheese (anything moldy), yeast, most packaged food, etc. Good luck.
