hi.. thanks for your posts..did you do any testing to see what you needed to zero in on. I keep hearing about plasma cystine, phaseI and II liver detox, etc. I have experienced anxiety and depression... should I be using GABBA? how would I know? Sonetimes I feel like I am getting better, like I am completely well, but the symptons never really go away. other times I feel like I am back at sqaure one and don't even know if I am doing the right thing. can I eat this, can I eat that, can I do this, can I do that... I feel lost. I have throat movements and mouth movements and sometimes and odd sensation under my skin at the back of the neck among other things. will these ever go away?
