help: pulsating leg pain

Hi:
have pulsating pain on my right ankle comes every so often.
Also sometimes my right sole of the foot from mid to back feels like small vessels are expoding when I step down. Kind of like ripping feeling.

More concerned with the ankle. though, becasue it is an unusual thing. Going on since this morning regularley ( about 2 hrs) and was there lighltly yesterday. I thought maybe I just tied my boots too tight becasue the pain is right where the boot top ends; but now it is an ongoing thing...
