Thank you for your comments and suggesions. This happened 7 years ago when my son was a freshman in college. The only thing that sticks out in my mind is him getting the hepatitis B shots (series of 3) required for college.

At that time his life passion was music and science. Since this has happened and his memory was effected, specifically his high school years, he is really stuck in the house, unable to drive, his friends moved on. He is currently going to a local college, trying to get his degree. He has trouble studying and test taking due to short term memory problem. He still plays the keyboard.

His diet is just ok. He doesn't eat fast food, drinks a lot of grape juice. Eats alot of chicken. He is ahout 6 feet tall & his weight is 143 lbs.
