Re: aching legs!!!!!
Hi crystalblue,
Are you taking Zetia or any other cholesterol drugs? Some people using Zesia have those symptoms.
There are alternatives for these drugs.
If you are on birth control pills and have leg pains, I suggest you consult your doctor ASAP.
Other things that can cause leg pains are spinal stenosis, varicose veins or a vascular problem.
One old remedy thats works very well for many is pickle juice.
Reach in the fridge and open a jar of pickles, and gulp down 2 or 3 swallows of the pickle juice, or pour some in a glass and sip it.
Coaches have given pickle juice to their athletes with leg cramps. Cramps.
leg cramps. Cramps are sometimes caused by a deficiency in acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter that stimulates your muscles to work. Pickle juice has acetic acid, which helps the body make more acetylcholine. Take a few
ounces of pickle juice.
Apple cider vinegar Drink a mixture of two teaspoons of vinegar and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water. Apple cider vinegar is high in potassium.
Low potassium can also cause leg to ache.
peace be with you.
