Foot Pads

Would someone who has a little more knowledge than me explain the foot pads I received........

I purchased a package of foot pads, not from Dr. V....... but when they arrived, there were blue, red, green, grapefruit pads and one called a QU-l edition. Each kind of foot pad is explained in detail and for what condition they help.

So, is this for real? I just remember Dr. V had one kind. Right?
