Low blood pressure and dehydration

first of all you have been on a long term flushing prcedure,
If i understood you correctly.
This can deplete the body of crucial basic core balances of minerals,
body salts etc.
the fact that you were flushing would lend to dehydration,
quite rapidly losing great deals of body fluid.

The Master Cleanse is NOT about taking 1-2 lemons a day
while doing other things added.. (the oxymune and hemp)

The Master Cleanse is minimum 6 lemonaides a day,
combined with water intake to avoid deydration.
General rule of thumb is 1/2 body wt in fluid ozs of water
per day not including other drinks.

_____________

Over hydration is just as dangerous as dehydration,
actually maybe even more so.
Many people have died, very rapidly,
after consuming too much water after exertion such as athletes,
marathon runners, even little old ladies,
that consumed too much water in too short a time, leaching out
precious balances of basic minerals.
Folks that practice in hot sun like marching bands, often sweat out
tons of body salt/ minerals.. then try to rehydrate rapidly.

The kidneys only process 8 ozs of water at one time,
and take about 20 minutes to do so.
to avoid mineral imbalances on hot days, add a bare pinch pf Seasalt
to the water you drink.

Baths esp hot baths ar eveyr dehydrating.
hot baths open pores and drain out body fluid fast,
and the heat can drastically lower your blood pressure.
If you are already dehydrated or ahv elwo blood pressure
to start with, this can be literally a life threatening cycle/
creating a *body shock death spiral* quite similar to a stroke,
and perhaps even more rapid in intensity.

Take warm body temperature baths, and short of duration.
keep a non glass of juice nearby to sip on as you bathe,
add cold water gradually to yor bath when done if you cant
do a cold water instant change to close pores.
dry off side of tub to make sure itis nto slippery when you get out,
as well as drain the tub so if you fall you will not risk falling
in water and drowning!
note: might keep a phone nea r outside of door and door cracked
of you feel this might happen again.
NEVER stand up fast from a bath, that creates immediate pressure drops
as well.
stand up slowly, and step out carefully.
might sit on toilet with top down til ready to actaully walk.

Hope this is of help to you ,
Love,
Ami Joi Benton
