Re: bad dreams in winter!

starlight...Until recently...I can't begin to tell you the last time I could remember a dream that I had. I just never ever remember my dreams.

But recently, my husbands mom has been having health problems. It appears she
could be coming down with early Alzheimer's...and keeping up with her is like
keeping up with 2 year old triplets...it's a nightmare. And she's just having
lots of shaking...and panic attacks, etc. It has devoured our lives for the last
month. Thank goodness we are retired. HOWEVER...for the last 2 weeks or so of
this nightmare...I have been having the craziest dreams. Sometimes just plain
old ridiculous...sometimes scary dreams. It's so weird...because I just never
remember dreams...and all of a sudden...I'm having several a night and remembering
them in detail. The first thing my husband has been saying when he gets out of
bed is..."What did you DREAM last night?"

So I wonder if it could be just plain old stress. You did say he has a lot of
stress in his life. I KNOW that's what it is with me...because I am usually a
very happy, hyper person. When my feet hit the floor about 4am...I am wide awake
and ready to take on the world with a smile. I'm still that way...but very exhausted. :-) And the dreams are just crazy as all get out. So that's something
to think about.

Also...I wonder if it could just be all the hurricane's, tsunami's...living in
Florida...just creepy scary news in every direction we turn. That could really
weigh heavy on a young person that's old enough to realize what all is going on
and is a worrier.

Just a couple of things to think about...hope it helps. kathryn
