the dehumidifier is a good idea - keep it running all the time. the VERY BEST way to kill mold is borax. this will kill it at the roots, unlike bleach which only gets the surface mold. borax is easily the most affective and least toxic means of getting rid of mold. moke a water solution out of it, you can even make a paste out of it and rub it onto moldy surfaces. whether or not the symptoms you are suffering are from mold is anyone's guess. there are professinal services that take care of mold problems but i have not idea what kind of chemical they use. i would get the moldy basement taken care of pronto. the fact that you get it mostly at home leads me to believe it is related to your house. take care of the mold problem and go from there.
