Jena...Fluid retention is normal for many around your cycle time..try adding several
sprigs of parsley...(no more than one ounce of parsley juice to a glass of carrot,etc.)...and also add some cucumber. Munch on cucumber and Celery just
before time for your period...and all during. They're both good for fluid
retention...as is the parsley...and the Celery will calm the pre-menstral
jitters. You can also add Celery to your juicing.
Juicing is the best thing you can do for your health. And if you're a hypochondriac...you DO want to be healthy. :-) You also need to walk 20 minutes
minumum a day.
