kefir is a great thing, but i found it didn't work for me. so... be careful to stay in tune with your own process, or body, if you try it. i assume i'm not the only one whose body didn't like kefir.
also, i also had my appendix out. after i read your note i did some muscle testing on myself - and what i found was that there is a backup for the body, it has a work-around that compensates for not having an appendix. so while i don't know the medical truth/information, this is what i found!
