Irregular heartbeat

Lately, Ive been experiencing my heart skipping beats; I typically have palpitations, but now my heart seems to beat irregularly. I'm 25, 6'0 165lbs; I currently am taking chlorella, primal defense, perfect food, vit c ,and cal-mag fizz; this seems to happen more after i take the cal-mag; I also was taking Calm (magnesium citrate) suggested by my reflexologist but i stopped taking it after experiencing severe episodes 30 minutes after taking it.
I read that magnesium relaxes muscles; could this be influencing electrical impulses in the heart?
I have candida, so im a good candidate for being magnesium deficient, thats why i take the calmagg fizz, but i only take 1scoop a day (50% daily value).
Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
