It was pretty much a non-event. I've never had any
kidney or bladder problems. I drank the tea for several
weeks just-in-case. I wanted to be able to tell friends
I'd done it, and to give them some of the herbal
mixture if they needed it. But I know VERY few people
who share my values when it comes to nutrition, so
I've still got a quart cannister full of the original
batch of herbs. If the kidney cleanse required Jack
Daniels or Russian vodka, I would have had a lot of
takers; probably lines at my front door.C'est la
vie!
